Default training up the youth

you bring in a player, your scout spots playing on the local park dribbling around all the dog ****e that rex the dog has left and you slowly bring him through the youth, through the reserves, then loan him out then he comes back to the team and is ready for 1st team action.

he settles into training with the rest of the team, finding his feet, now is old enough to go down the pub with the older players... then the bugger decides he is off.

despite you offering everything possible he buggers off to a WBA type club, why do i bother.

might decide to just sign up the golden oldies from the leagues above that are past it, just to avoid losing them.

Do what a3 likes to do in our zealot game. Sign loads of youngsters who are still at school who never end up amounting to anything.
Those that do, well a3 has been sacked by then.

My philophosy = if they're good enough, they're old enough.

Oh hello a3. Nice to see you on tonight.
How's it going with the Monkey Hangers? What's the average age of your squad now?!
Or should that be the Doncaster Youth Team?

Ugly overrated scouse poofs, who I might add, a3 turned down the chance to sign him whilst at Bradford despite having him on trial, and Mark cancelled the transfer at the very last minute.
So I stepped in with a cheeky bid.
He's a :llama: at heart.

And he's just got injured, but it signals the return from injury of my favourite striker!
He's been out for four months, and scores within four minutes of coming on. I love him, I wanna buff him! (Quote Twelth Man)

£2200 a week in Division 3, one eighth of the wage he had previously accepted at Mark's Port Vale side.

I have always held in contempt players who thought that "this club is a stepping stone to his future" -or something to this effect.

Sounds like http://www.soccerage.com/en/13/d8762.html

He played about 10 games for us before going to Sunderland. In fact he trained with them whilst still under contract to us, the git!
