Managing a Div2 team, naming players...
Anything else you'd like to throw in while you're here?

You lot are a bit tetchy aren't you ! - My player naming was IRL, NOT based on how good or not he is in CM . As regards LLM = Div2 ? I would say so but I accept conference is 'lower' - it's subjective - but crucially I thought LLM was mainly about HOW you play the game, and that's what interests me.

If you're signing a player that will be good enough to be sold later, he must be an asset to yur team as well, surely. at our level, i can't see how you can sign a player thinking "he's not good enough for the team, but he'll make a profit", as the two must go hand in hand.

Player naming - NO EXCEPTIONS.
Accept that and you'll get along a lot better here.

But he has the same name in real life and cm yes?

It may well be quite challenging, but going by that you can say that managing Real Madrid is challenging cause if you finish below second or dont win any trophies you'd get sacked, or that if you managed Fiorentina in the lower leagues it's a challenge cause if you loose more than two games in a row the fans will stone you to death.

These jobs are challenges, just not the sort of challenge that a llm manager would be intrested in, not in the same way that managing at the lowest possible level, with no money, staff or leftbacks , and no-one wanting to sign for you is.

Thats when you really realise how big a challange can be. And how much fun

I'm pretty sure LLM was playing in the lowest available league in a country.

Even the third division is, I believe "pushing it" is it not?

Anyway, challenge or not, the 2nd div isn't lower league to us, no matter how you try to justify.

Don't be afraid to sell but ALWAYS get as much as possible rather than desparately selling players off is my advice. You can always find free/cheap replacements if you have good scouts.
