No idea, zipster. In CM3 it was roughly £1k a seat but I've no idea with CM4.
Facilities? Pass
Try in CM4 GQ. They'll most probably know...or at least be able to bullÂ***** about it |

To give you an idea Zipster.
Playing the zealot game...
My Doncaster board (lost Third Division play off final) have just improved the facilities from "Need major investment" to "Adequate" which cost £225,000.
Houllier's Stafford Rangers board have just expanded their ground so they could get promotion into Division Three. They increased the capacity by nearly 3000 which I think cost him around £500,000. But bear in mind, he also had to add extra seats as well as increase the capacity.
This is on 01/02 by the way.
