I once asked that question in the OTF. Amongst 50 or so answers of utter drivel, someone had the grace to post a catalogue with the number of posts it takes to upgrade your level. Give it a search, if you want.

I think the next upgrade is at 6000, and you'll be "youth team", but don't take my word for it.
