Default Drunk Managing: A help?

Just tried drunk managing for the first time tonight. Seems I've done a lot better, anyone else noticed this?

Oh, and before you ask, I am still like that, I've only not made a spelling mistake because my backspace key is now knackered

KUTGW!

IIRC, I have never DM'ed.

I remember a Robbo Story of him DM'ing though. He used to be a scrooge and had all his players under £300 p/w or around there. Anyway, he bought some overratedstriker and gave him over 1k p/w and then couldn't get rid of him.

It was something like that. That was ages ago.

IIRC the Robbo story was that he was managing some english club and found a player in the Scottish lower leagues with 16 goals in 16 games, or something like that.

He signed him on large wages and found that he was a pile of sh1te upfront then when he sobered up the next morning he realised he'd signed a goalkeeper who'd let in a goal a game, not a goalmachine striker

Could anyone tell me the correct drinks and proportions to be a successful drunk manager. I think so far thingfs have been hit and miss, what we need are some guide lines.

'biggy, it seems like you've got a good drink base what your secret?

WingCo's the guy to ask, he's the real expert in the art.

I think, though, it charts like a parabolic curve. The first couple of bottles of beer/glasses of wine/shots of JD make it look to yourself that you're Team's doing well - they may even be better - but as the alcohol content increases, then so does your imagination, and the Team looks to be doing great.

This is where reality is totally ripped from CM actuality.

The drunker you get, the better the team/squad/girl next door/length of your john-thomas look, but in reality it's all beginning to look like a Picasso painting on a bad day, with a spattering of Damien Hirst for good/bad measure.

Moral of the story, Drunk Management is good for creating unemployed LLaMas.

Nightshifting on CM. It's still hot at nearly 2.00am in the morning. 33 deg C with 74% humidity, and thank god I have got some beers. I hope I'm not too rash tonight.

Good evening people. It so happens I have got back from a rare night clubbing in my local town, and come on the boards for some amusement.

There's a few true stories, hence the confusemion.

I'll try and recap:

1, East Sturling , SPL : £300p/w max wage (as Craig mentioned) many hard years building up to it, then a DM spree saw about 4 signings for abotut £10M combined with wages of about £2000-£5000p/w each. Blinding.

2. Bloke I signed to smash a similar swage bill while with 3rd div. Heybridge on about £600p/w ., although by the next day he actually won player of the year, so I'd clearly been on the good stuff that night. Part of a classic update thread iirc whuich was sadly los t in the cull.

3. The Scottish right-back bloke (I assume dzs is talking about) who I sold for a massive profit while in the confernee,ce, before realiseding it was really my striker who had a very similar name, and I would never hacve let go for anything like that price.

4. When my brother found me playing CM in my compute r chair with my bed wquilt over my head, without actually playign through more than about 2 games, because I was so pÃ*ssed I'd got cold and covered myselff up the quilt while giving some sort of drunkard team talk.

In fact, fcuk it I might load up my old fiinnihs game now and report back in the morning, although Im supposed to be playing sunday league in the morning sleep is for poofs.
