it's not allowed to state facts now anymore? If you didn't know yet, the islam calendar starts with the Muhammad's Hidschra (622 AC). Additionally, they are using moon-years with 354 or 355 days (which is 10 less than in the Gregorian calendar). Keeping this in mind, the current year is 1424/1425 after the Hidschra. (I think, but my maths might have been wrong.)
A difference of almost 600 'years'.
