Top of the Premiership with West Ham in January in First Season.

Board Confidence....Satisfied,,, with deep regret to my Third Round League Cup defeat away at,,,wait for it,,,,Arsenal, and I lost 4-3 after being 2 down...

Come on SI what chance have Managers got if the Board is unhappy with that?!

It does seem that boards attribute far too much importance to domestic cups, and they struggle to understand it when you've been knocked out by a team that would beat you 99 times out of 100.

I wouldn't mind so much if they were a little happier that I am top of Prem!!!!!!
