i trained Lansbury as an AMRC. did great at the start of last season...
i bought downing (£15M)and van der vaart (£12M) after selling only gilberto (£11.5M to inter).
in my fourth season, and i can't say i've sold many original players, rosicky just left for £11M, but i part exchanged traore for aguero two seasons back. didn't regret it.
btw, get foster from united at the start of next season. cost me £9M and took him a while to settle, but he and carson are the best available english keepers after season 1.

i used to sell adebayor fist chance i get, but i've still got him. top scorer first season, 20+ next 2 seasons. and he is in rotation with RVP, aguero and bendtner. very consistant goalscorer.
I sold Adebayor as i'm planning on playing 1 striker with 2 attacking wingers and really wanted owen he's fast and has 20 finishing. I know he's injury prone but with Eduardo or Van Persie able to cover and with a different kind of option in bendtner, Im affraid Adebayor was surplus to requirements.
As for Toure he became a bit of a whiner. and I wanted cash for Micah Richards as i've said before.
Also part of the reason I don't usually mange arsenal is because I like the whole team and never replace anyone. This makes the game a little bit boring. So I promised myself i'd take over and get rid of at least 5 first Teamers.
So far Toure, Adebayor, Rosicky, Denilson and Almunia have gone. I might even get shot of a couple more.
