Default A classic example of....(Kevin Keegan not in database)

not including Managers/Ex players like George Graham, Graham Taylor, Alan Shearer in the Huge Database.

I recall a recent thread saying that more ex managers/pundits/ex players should be included in the huge database, so that they can be lured out of the doldrums and back into the public domain.

Maybe now Keegan has decided he is ready to return SI may now follow suit and decide this dont warrant being included in future versions.

At the end of the day I am not a Keegan fan, but the media interest of him and Shearer of late, shows that this feature does need to be looked at for future releases (or even the next update)

Who knows.....

The trouble with real life is that its often unpredictable. For as many people like yourself suggesting a good idea like this as many others will say its not realistic until, of corse, it happens in real life.

It'll be added in the post Jan transfer window update

He will of been kept in SI's master db, so they wont have to re-add him to 8.02.

He will have to added to 8.02 of course, just not re-evaluated unless they deem it necessary to re-evaluate his attributes that is?

Stop talking Gundo...

You're probably right but Keegan did say no more than 3 months ago that he had no interest in managing again.

There has to be a certain point where you decide whether or not to include people in the game; they can't really include all ex-players and managers. Like others have said, at the start of this season, there was no sign that Keegan would return to football, nor that Shearer would be anything more than a pundit (and a boring one at that).
