whats he mean because im 5th in the table managing burnley in my first season!

did any of his team mates get sent off recently? if you didn't at least issue a warnig, this would be seen by other players as a lack of discipline.

It may have been from not fining player(s) who have been sent off in a previous match, that's what happened to me
