Is is a way to be in charge of the B and C teams in Spain.. I'm starting to get really irritated about this issue.. Is it only I who want to be in charge of the B and C team too ?...

If it works the same way as managing the Reserves/u18s does in England, you can go to Manager > Manager Options > Team Settings and change it in there.

You have to make sure that the league the 'B' & 'C' team play in is selected as playable. One thing to remember though is that a 'B' or 'C' team cannot play in the same league at the same time as the first team so this means that you'll never get promoted to the top league unless the first team get relegated so if you pick a 'B' team of a club like Barcelona or Real Madrid its highly unlikely that they would get relegated.

I always take charge of the Valencia B and C teams. However, something you may want to note is that some of the teams don't have a team in a high enough league to start off with so you may have to wait a season before you get to take control of the B team. Valencia is an example of this. I have to wait for a season before Valencia is promoted before I can control the team.
