Default Blyth Part time team

Just had a quick question, i am managing the Blyth Spartans and the team is a part time team, i have been in the Blue Square Premier league for 2 years now... how do i get my board to make me a full time team?

If you get promoted to League 2, you will turn professional. Otherwise, I would imagine a nice healthy bank balance and a relatively high reputation level will help.

aside form that, i think making sure all your staff/players are on full-time contracts might help as well, not sure though.. promotion is a definite though!
