..then save it as a png but doesn't work? I found a 140x140 jpeg of Babacan Volkan and changed it in microsoft photo editor to 95x95 but the pic shows up garbled and distorted. Why is this? Is this only possible in photoshop?

Search (of course) showed a result AFTER I posted. Apparently you have to have photoshop...which I don't...this is too much of a problem! Why can't this damned (but wonderful when available) sortitoutsi stay open!!??

You should be able to use The GIMP which is free and most free/shareware imaging programs on download.com (should be free trials for most - Photoshop included).

You just need a program that can:

- Resize
- Set the Opacity (to 99%)
- Save as png.
(- add border)
MS Paint won't work, but should be plenty of free software that can do the above.

Ive found that simply using a simialr sized jpg to 95x95 and using it as it is works.
No need to change to png etc.
Im using the latest Turnstyle skin.
