Of course you can 
If you check out the screenshots at the website
( Hellenic Skins)you'll notice that I'm using the rotating logos and the facepacks.

Do you unzip the logos and facepacks in the right place? Check with the instructions in those files.

they seem to work in some skins, and in others they dont, where di you get yours can i ask?

I don't remember, probably sortitoutsi.net
Download the facepacks and logos again and follow the instructions.  | |
