I've compiled a list of graphical and skinning improvememnts I'd like to see for FM 2007, feel free to add to this list:
- Anderssons Creased kit template used for the kits 'out-of-the-box'. They are simply the best kit template around and fit in with the game. SI could then use packs created by the community or get community kit creators to work on kits for the game.
- Future kits supported in the game, for example a fantasy kit for Chelsea that is mapped to the game to appear in seasons 06/07 and 07/08. At the beggining of each season the game would check to see if there are any kits mapped for that season, if not last seasons kits are still used. Fantasy kit pack are proving very popular nowadays.
- The possiblity to use a clubs 3rd colour in a skin, for example the trim colour that the home kit uses on the 2D match icons e.g. when looking at Man Utd, for their header image you could have a red background, white text and a black stripe or graphic.
- The capability to config unique backgrounds to certain screens such as having an unique background for the match screen, training screen, squad screen, finance screen etc. Along the same lines a icon could be used in the same way on the header, for example when on the finance screen a little coin icon is shown on the header.
I'll post more as I think of them.

| Yeah, that's a must really. Will add even more colour to the screen, which will be a good thing (and also a bad thing considering some colour combinations! )

Jesper already did creased kits for FM06 out of the box and where the actual kit likeness can be used it is. Quote:

| I can see that being good, having the same kit 10 years in can be boring. Though it is fairly to create and add a new kit into the graphics folder as it is now. Quote:

| I seem to remember someone posting that there was a code for a teams third colour. I seem to remember trying it though and not getting it to work - although that might have been because a team didn't have a third colour. Quote:

| You can do that now, I'm surprised you haven't picked up on it
Each screen has an ID number and graphics can be hidden or shown depending on the screen (eg the match titlebar only shows on screen 22). The same can apply to icons or backgrounds or just about anything. I think someone called Borat made a background change pack for each screen after I showed him the theory.

Future kits are to a certain extend already supported, it's just not very user friendly, you can change future kit colours using a type of file not to be mentioned here, which isn't obvious to everyone and just replace the kit graphics each season. A more user friendly way to do this would be nice, aswell as adding support to change the trim colour. Quote: |

| Anderssons Wrinkled kits are in FM2006, after FM2006 was released he made the excellent creased kits Wrinkled Kits Creased Kits for the PC version it doesn't matter which are included with the game because you can change them.
Other improvements:
- Being able to display the score and team colours in more than one place on the match header - so you can have a normal match header and a full-screen header both having the scores on.
- More customization over what can be displayed on certain screens (i.e. squad selection and tactics screen so stuff people have wanted can not be displayed - condition on team talk, d.o.b on squad screen.)
-Stuff that has been mentioned before - competition specific matchballs/popups, club coloured/specific nets, dugouts, customizable pitch, choose keeper colour, support for more icons/logos/graphics on news and other screens, support for secondary logo on players screen in international squad etc...

| Andersson created 'Wrinkled' kits for FM06, not creased. Quote:

| I didn't think it was possible
Do you know the ID's for all the screens?

| I also want to see different backgrounds in some of the screens, I liked the backgrounds in CM, i dont know this reason why the backgrounds are removed since the last CM.

The issue with the Arsenal kit not displaying on matches was too risky a fix to put in a patch as it could have had serious knock on effects further down the line.
