| So you've just modded someone else's skin? Shouldn't you give them some sort of credit for creating in the 1st place, & did you also ask them if it was OK to post this modded version?
Not having a go, it's just if I'd spent hours creating a skin for someone else to then change 1 or 2 things & claim it as their own I'd be pretty miffed!

I believe that most skins have a notice stating that the skin should not be edited and distributed without contacting the original creator. For example, SamJ's Aurora 2006 has that notice in very large letters on the preferences page.
