Default Background (left/right) templates
Has any one got a template so i can create my own background left and right banners.

Also if anyone has got any tips on best way to create them/best prog to use etc you help would be appreciated.

Or even if there is a tutorial somewhere (i couldnt find one) that would be helpfull as well.
