Try putting both the kits and the logos in another folder called graphics.

the logo and kit folders have to be inside the graphics folder

There is no graphics folder??? unless you make one? Really very new to this stuff!

Make a graphics folder, But in that first picture you have ione there.

Put the Kits, Logos, folders into the graphics folders.

I mean, This is all explained in these forums about a thousand times not to mention the stickies at the top. Follow what they say and you'll be fine.
