Default Using the editor can I change the teams in tournaments?
I am currently the coach of the USA and I want them to be invited to play in the Copa America
Is this posible?

If I can make these changes will I have to start a new game for them to take effect?

You could try a "swap" with one of the South American nations, e.g. Peru.

Put peru as north america & USA as south america. USA will then play in copa america but not gold cup, their teams would also qualify for south american cups.
