Is there any way to alter the European Champions League so that it becomes a world competition with teams from Argentina, Brazil, Japan and other world wide teams in it aswell?

Use editor to change the countries you want in it to EU nation, and this should do the trick.

I think you mean europe, but that wont work, because it will crash.

what about replacing some of the lower european league teams that r in the champs league, like from all the small countries, could that work steven?

It will crash after the end of season. It will also come up with "errors" when you start a new game.

I think you mean non-europe, as not all european nations are members of EU.

in editor you can set the team competition as CL for Sao Paulo,Boca instead of .....but i don't think it'll run second season.

It will come up with loads of errors for the first season & yes, it won run in the second.
