i have edited one player, and i would like to know if he will show up in my current game?

If you have edited a player using the pre-game editor that comes with the game the changes will only show up when you start a new game - it won't change him in your current game. You could use FMM to modify a player for a current game.

go to the database find the player & note his unique id number, then you need a config file for him, This thread may help adding the picture into the game
