On editor, there is a Handyman-switch on the bottom ( Amateur, natiuonwide, premier, superman ).

There is no 'random' generator, if that is what you wanted.

The game does it itself. Any attribute left at 0 will be randomised every time you start a new game.

And you can also use the negative PA system to create random players of certain quality

Randomly generated potential abilities:

-10 = 170-200
-9 = 150-180
-8 = 130-160
-7 = 110-140
-6 = 90-120
-5 = 70-100
-4 = 50-80
-3 = 30-60
-2 = 10-40
-1 = 0-20
