Is there any chance of being able to modify league rules in FM 2007?

Surely it would be possible to add into the editor the ability to change the foreign player rules and amount of substitutes?

Obviously things like playoff rules and amount of teams in the league/cup would still have to be hard coded.

At the minute there seems to be someone asking this about FM 2006 every couple of days so it would be a popular addition to FM2007, so how about turning this thread into a petition and hopefully SI could consider it.

Unlikely to be included I would of thought, with it being hard-coded into the .exe file it would, I imagine be difficult to move it out of there and into the db. Possibly wrong, though.
