I know for sure that every time a save game is loaded, it uses some info from the original database. One thing I know for sure is the competition names.

My question is are there any more thing it gets from the server.db every time the game loads?

Cause there are a couple more things I'd like to change but I don't know if it will affect my save game.

The only thing that you can change in the db on a save game is competition names & i think club names work too but im not 100% about that

Award names and stadium names are also controlled by the editor.
