No its not runing your tactics, because re ranking does not work like people claim it does. While it is a feature and
has been for many years it does not have an impact as such to make you have a bad run of so many games. All it does is determine how teams play against you, and that is only a minor factor and nothing great that makes you lose game on end. People who claim its different are deluded and have a tactic with faults, and its nothing at all to do with re ranking.

The dreaded slump 
but my tactics are reasonably solid - even i have managed to start a season with Sheffield United by going 12 games unbeaten (I am only saying this to point out that my tactics cannot be totally useless!) - but when i hit the inevitable slump i just can't get out of it.
