hi guys first of all as u will understand im am a noob yet in manager.its my first time playing i have it forr 5 days and im already addicted.

anyway pls i need some help.
in the training menu what should i put for my strikers,centerbacks etc. on the training?I basically want to know what every training gives.for example defence or shooting what will they increase.

and something else for now. in the friendly games when you arrange one game and it says that "the board estimates that they will recieve 100k" and above that there is a fee what do i do and who will get 100k my team or the other?
