Hi guys, I keep getting a lot of broken/fractured arms, some in training and some in matches. Just wondered if there is anything I can do in training to fix this? Was thinking of increasing strength training but then again I seem to get enough "overexertion in weights room" already, loads of strained wrists!! Cheers for any help you can give me!

Make sure you have good fitness coaches assigned to strength/aerobic, and keep overall workloads at medium.

Cheers, had some coaches with about 17 but will now try and hire some 20's. Also, am I right in thinking it is technical coaches that are best for set pieces?

Yeah - the point amde above is a good one!
Coaches are either Fitness based, General or Technique based.
What is the exact difference between these styles and does it make a difference to which training elements these people are assigned?

Just make more reserves.
The injury system in 07 is fairly buggy imo.
