I really need a target man training!

in 1 season my target man dropped 2 points on heading and 1 on jumping!!

If any one has 1 please tell me!!

thanks in advance..

btw couldnt find anything by searching

High aerobic (for jumping), shooting, tactical and ball control (improves heading) training, with some strength I'd reccommend.

really appreciated!!

I had the ball control on low becuz i thought that was other stuff.
So i had aerobic and fitness to a high!!

but perfect thanks alot
