chilly, do this. Who is your favorite winger? Look at his strength. Then do that to all the positions you base on your top positon attributes. Cannavaro is not the strongest in the air but he is no.1, so take a look at his stats. Keeper are Buffon or Cech, (Oscar Ustar is a superkeeper) so take a look at thier stats and base it on what you believe is good for your tactic.
It's fairly subjective really and depends on what style of play you like.
I'm well picky when it comes to this- usually have four or five core attributes I look for. Lower league though, just look for pace, acceleration and jumping.
Those are sexy football attributes. I notice Huntelaar is a top striker but the only attribute that stands out from him other than top strikers that makes him a difference is his high anticipation.

Yep, same as me, pretty much. The one I like is searching for "15" in finishing, composure, off the ball, pace and jumping and finding two players, neither of whom you would expect.
After tweaking a bit to be not so picky I've uncovered some true gems - who would have thought that Stefan Iversen would be such a good buy? Excellent as a back up for Eddie Johnson or any tall target man.
