Hello. I would love to know what effect tutoring younger players or learning from an older player has on a squad? Also, what is the best way to select a player to teach/learn? I am using Arsenal and have suggested a couple of pairings which I thought made a lot of sense but got a lukewarm reception from the younger player. Generally, the older players are happy to teach.

Well i know if you yell the player to 'learn', he'll learn the other players prefered moves (if he has any).
