I'm going mad at my team as they never seem to jump onto any rebounds in the area and put it in the back of the net.

Can anyone give my any tips on how I can get them to seize any moment?

I dunno if it will work but try putting "closing down" to often.

Just accept that the game creates a chance when you warrant one generally. For instance if the AI has a tactical advantage on you, stuff like that won't go your way in order to compensate for the way the game is planned.
