SI Help Needed By Gamers To Clarify Coaching/Staff Attributes
The subject of staff attributes is one that really a lot of gamers get confused with and this area is not at all clarified in the manual so how are gamers meant to know, we are not psychics afterall.
So with that said, it would be brilliant if we can GET official confirmation from SI people who these things about a few certain subjects. I will name a few things I want clarified and other members can do the same, hopefully SI are kind enough to help us out because this is an area of the game that a lot of people get confused with and wants answers to.
This is what I want to know:
1. What exactly is level of discipline? Is it how disciplined a coach is in terms of getting his work done? Is it how much he enforces the players to be disciplined during training? Is it how likely he is to discipline players who don't train correctly? Or am I totally off track?
2. Does motivation attribute in a physio affect a players recovery? Or is this attribute only useful for coaches on the actual training pitch?
3. What exactly is mental coaching? Does it affect a players mental attributes or is something different?
4. Does a coaches tactical knowledge affect his tactical coaching attribute?
5. Is tactical knowledge useful for a scout and his scout reports or does it have no bearing on this?
That's all for now from me, feel free to add your own or provide possibly answers to my questions.
It would be really great though if we got official SI confirmation on these questions rather than continually have to guess answers to people's questions about this topic.
