I'm thinking of starting a game and I want to play a way nobody likes to play against. Some kind of kick and rush, with an agressive style, lots of battles on the bitch, putting the opponent under pressure on their own half. Give the opponents' defenders no time to build up an attack, so they will make mistakes or kick the ball over the sideline. I know i need certain players for this.
Hmmm, apart from your defenders and GK, everybody should be set to high closing down (not maximum closing down though - your players will be dead).
Set hard tackling if you want, but there's no real need if all your players are constantly closing down the opposition. It will just get you loads of cards.
'kick and rush' - i'm guessing you mean long ball game? if that's the case play a wide, high tempo long passing game. with high tempo and high closing down, your gonna need players with a huge amount of work rate, stamina and natural fitness.
The kind of game you are looking to play you will want a high defensive line, therefore offside trap will be required and because of THAT you will need two fast centrebacks.
You'll want two fullbacks that cross well as well as the wingers obviously. As said abvove workrate will need to be high across the board.

If that's the case, on the team instructions focus passing down both flanks. You'll want nippy wingers - speed, dribbling and accel are probably more important than crossing ability. You'll want them to get into space often to get loads of crosses in.
I agree with what Dayle Wood said. Keeping a high defensive line will put more pressure on the other team and cut down the amount of space and possession they have. Fast centrebacks are a must (unless they are really experienced defenders with high positioning stats and your back 4 have played together for a long time. then you can use offside trap effectively).

What implies natural fitness exactly?
i think this is their ability to recover from fatigue and injuries faster. They will be able to play more consecutive matches and the high tempo you want.
