I hope this is the correct place to ask this question, and apologies if it isn't.
I have been promoted to the Premiership in England in my first season.
Once there I have lost my first 6 league games, and won my league cup match. However despite this most of my first team have superb or very good morale.
Is this because of my team talks, i.e. Perhaps I'm keeping their expectations low, or is it that they are performing well despite the results.
If possible it would be good if someone could advice me whether to make changes or to keep playing these players and as their morale (and stats) are good then the results will hopefully come?
The club expectation for this season is to avoid relegation, so I guess the board are expecting this type of struggle, and does this affect the players morale?
