Tactics & Training Tips

It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.

Default Is there a young player development guide?

This is what I like this game. Turn players into stars, have one of your young players develop to be the best in the world. (Never reached this)
So if anyone uses a strategy to reach this, please let me know. What are the main factors for this to happen. Working Facilities, Good Coaching staff, Good trainings, Reputation (player/club), Matches, Avg ratings, MOM's, Tactics?

Thanks in advance for any response.

Keep him happy (good contract etc).

Don't get him badly injured.

Good facilities, coaches, club reputation, league reputation.

Play him once every while. As a sub, at the beginning. Gradually get him to be a first teamer.

Tutor him. Although there are risks with tutoring, you want him to be determined, ambitious and professional enough (in order to develop well). If he is not, a good tutor may make him.
Personally, sometimes I buy old players just for tutoring purposes.

If you loan him out, make sure he plays first team.

Regarding training, at the very least make sure he is not "unhappy with high training workload".
