As stated in the title, I have a question pertaining to tactics:

When you move clubs, do you find a tactic that fits your players' playing style, or do you change players to fit your tactic?

I like my teams to play an attractive, short-passing game, and I like to have players that can do this, so I usually change players to suit me.

Is this what you do?

Personally, I change players to fit my tactics as it will mean less work in the longrun.
I end up selling off any slow strikers.
