You may have made a wrong decision there but I don't know how good Silva is. Though it is R. Madrid.

What you could of done, is started out at 40 mil, added a buy back clause, then added the other 40 mil clauses.

So you're now selling for 120m plus 50 % ... and a 40m Buy Back Clause
