i got around 12mil transfer budget remaining... n i sold my darren fletcher for 10mil, no clause... so my budget suppose to be 22mil... but then my budget remain 18mil only... where the other 4mil went...? can anybody tell me how this happend...?

Your board may have set that only 60% of money you get from selling players is added to your transfer budget. Probably because of the MASSIVE loan Man United have.

transfersrevenu : 100 % or in your case : 60 %
