Alan Hutton 3-5 million just put all attacking options up for him and he will be immense

Well if you get lucky, you can sometimes get De Silvestri for about 13M in the first season. Very much worth the extra 3M. The best young RB in the game imo. Same is the case with Valon Behrami. Both at Lazio.

Else, scout Marvin Angulo and see what they say. Sometimes he turns out great, sometimes not-so-great. Also give Loic Abenzoar a go. Listen to the scouts, they dont usually guide you wrong.

If none of them work out, get Rafinha. He's not the youngest around but still only 21-22 and is a very good RB (although not the best defensively).

this is nothing against you labbratt but kinda' proves my point about the same players on all the threads... rafinha is quality, might get him for a smidge over 5mil and one of my old favorite is vanden borre, you'll get him for under5.
you might also want to try arsenal cause Eboue is a bit out of favour and would be a good signing.
