well the title says it all

hes playing average for me

- i got him playing MR with arrow running towards my right sided striker
- with mentality on full attacking
- forward runs often
- Run with ball Often
- long shots rarely
- through balls often
- and cross ball often

can some fellow FMers give me some advice

Whats his creative freedom?
Put him on a free role?
Take everything other than run with ball to rarely?

You may also want to play him as AMR so that he further forward butas Kevchenko says, free role and let him play!

I usually play him AMR, with mixed forward runs, almost full creative freedom, maybe a few clicks down and mixed crossing. he always scores and gets loads of assists.

Ronaldo doesnt exactly have the best mental attributes, so the way to utilise him best, is play on the counter attack and use Ronaldo's blistering pace. Dont try to use him as some kind of playmaker (like putting TTB on often) because thats not what he's good at. He doesnt have the vision, passing or decision-making for such a role.
