ii am inter and i believed figo would be a good manager or assistant but every time i told him he said he wanted to concentrate on footbal;l but he was about to retire and that he has i cant find him is there a way to get retired players back like this

First, you need to check in their long-term plans if it says anything like "thinking about doing some coaching once his playing days are over" or something like that. If it does say that, then you need to tell them every month that you think they might make a good coach/manager (whatever is there in his long-term plans). Towards the end of their career, offer them a new contract with a staff role and they should accept.

But once they retire and you havent offered them a deal and if you cant find them thereafter, then they're gone forever sadly. Cant get them back.
