The other problem is that a distinction between part-time and full-time managers would require SI to introduce manager contracts... *cue looks of anguish on faces at SI Towers*

Let's say that manager contract negociations do get introduced in the next SI game. Realism would demand that you ask for the maximum you can get, hampering your club's finances along the way. I guess asking for 1k p/a is not very realistic either.
So, i'm quite happy with the way manager contacts are set up right now. If contracts are to be introduced, then the finances should be the AI's job, and not the human manager's.

Managers contracts are way too high currently for LLM clubs - you get paid the same in your first contract wherever you start seemingly - £1,000 p/w is a vast wage for an LLM club!

Bring back the American leagues.
Especially D-3 (or Pro Soccer League whatever they're calling it these days) which if you read the manual of CM4 is "playable"--which it isn't.
New Jersey Stallions!

I hope they include a few more obscure leagues, the Mongolian league or the er,Scottish!!. I really enjoyed playing in Poland and Yugoslavia, although they're not always very good - Hong Kong, a bit poor in my view, but Mongolia, that'd be one hell of a challenge!

I think the SI game will only add 1 or 2 completely new nations, so probably Mongolia won't be one of them.

Conference North & South would be a fantastic addition. I might be able to manage Kidsgrove Athletic one day. \o/
