Hey, there's nothing that says just because you're an unemployed footballer that you have to live in your native country or the one you last played in.

So it's perfectly acceptable if a Lithuanian who was playing in the Brazilian League was found scouting Australia.

I'm only 2 3/4 seasons into my first game, so first time I encountered the geographically challenged scout syndrome (GCSS). My team is currently in English Div 2. Sent Scout to scout England (I stick to UK) and he recommends a Brazilian playing in Portugal. I think he is spending too much time watching football on Sky at the pub, the guy he recommended is worth about 1000 times my entire current team in transfer payments and earns about that amount in wages too.
