Default Oxford?

Lower League, by definition the lowest available Division in any given Nation. Conference is the lowest Division in Poofland. 3rd Division isn't the lowest.

Some guys have PC's that can't handle all the Divisions.

3rd Division is a good place to start off with an LLM Ethos.

...but it's not the lowest.

Reservations...do I have to spell it out?

No reason why you shouldn't name Chairmen, as long as they aren't current players.

Oxford LLM? Your choice, your game. At least they're not Hull or R&D (spit!)

"Reservations", i think, refer to the clubs' ressources in general. I'm not very clear about that, someone more experienced should know.

You can name the club's chairman, it's ok.

Oxford are a fine team to attempt LLM with. With hindsight I now know I "cheated" having scouted someone who turned out to be well known to frequenters of the Good Player Guide (sorry), but still had enormous fun rising to the challenge.

Got them to the EPL in 4 years, where they remain 4 years later, always challenging for a top 4 position but still with a stadium capacity of 16k (!). And yes, the chairman is an ars*hol*.

I don't know how you can think you've cheated if you signed a player found by your scouts and you subsequently found he was a GPG "known" player. If it had been the other way around then you'd have had a problem.

What would cause me concern is just how you found out he was "known" in GPG...

In my defence m'lud, having "done" it the hard way, I'm now comfortable with browsing most of the forums and making my own game decisions. I'm sure we all agree that the game is less of a challenge if we've signed all the unrealistic top performers.

And thanks for the reminder Glamdring
