Started a lower league game recently with Castel di Sangro, as the finances were very poor at start i couldnt afford to sack my really rubbish coaches. Eventually i replaced them over time with new (and improved) ones. Now after 3 seasons of promotion i am in Serie A (still with a 9,000 seater stadia !!! lol) my total of coaches now stands at 9 coaches, 1 for goalkeepers and 8 outfield coaches (4 first team, 4 youth) and 2 assistant managers, 1 for reserves and 1 for youth team. Is that too many, or or am i right in thinking that a large squad needs a fair few coaches ?
Well my transfer budget for last season was £350k, this year they gave me £10.5m, last year i was always £12k over per month on my wages, this year i am £900k a month UNDER my wages !! lol

I was just wondering how everybody else used their coaches. Do you have 1 or 2, or do you like to do what i do and have specific coaches for different positions and ages.
