Ok i missed all that was said after my last post last night, have started a game that will hopefully keep with the spirit of LLM. In regards to scouting i did go to teams and ask my scouts to look at individual players for me, BUT they were the transfer listed players from the big teams in the top flights, all the youngsters that they dont want. As i can watch them play, and wont get any news reports i personally consider this an ok practice, does everyone else agree ?

Aside from scouting those players all i am doing is SWYCT.

I know its my game and i can do what i like, but i am asking advice from long term LLM's to see if my game follows the spirit and ethos of the LLM style and if i am breaking any guidelines.

How can you break a guideline? You can break rules, but guidelines are ... guidelines

Laxly, why do you feel the need to have your style of play approved and accepted by us? Just play, you bought the game, you play it as you want to. We don't care if you follow all or none of the guidelines. If you're going to post in here, though, you're better off following the guidelines. Since there is no updating on save games, we really don't need to hear about how you play the game, anyway.

I wasnt asking for approval or acceptance as none of you will hear about my game, but i felt like a fresh challenge with CM and the idea of LLM appealled to me, BUT as the people in here seem to adhere to a strict ethos regarding the game i was asking questions to make sure that i stayed within the guidelines.
