How Did you get 60000 players? I play with Large DB and have 20 countries selected. I also created ddt-files (all european and south american countries, most important countries from africa, asia, north america) but in the player search screen there are just about 16000 players listed.

Probably something to do with the ddt file you used. It may have reduced the number of players available from other countries.
