My one and only scout has just been poached! Nobody else is interested in scouting for my rubbish Farnborough town team. So I was wondering how i am suposed to sign players without a scout to scout?

Sorry, but I had to laugh...

However, have you covered every scout and they all said no? I mean all English, Scot, Irish, Welsh... potential scout out there?

Or is it that you won't approach scouts in the Conference or in Scot Div3 or in N.Ireland ...

My twopence anyway...

Yeah, it's one of the worst things that can happen to you. You got to keep searching for a scout, you can't handle it without one.

As for scouting, you can click to view matches from your division (or others) and see which players are performing well, but i think this doesn't remove the fog of war. At least not completely.

This happens every now and then. I currently can't sign an assistant manager for my Enfield squad, no one wants to join.

Surely you both might do some filtering here... because I'm sure there are enough crappy scouts and assistants who would want to join a team... even if it only where for CV building reasons...

If i said that when I clicked on the interested button that nobody was interested at all and that includes coaches, physios and assistiants.

Nah, believe me Jordi, not one. Not even scouts won't agree to sign as assistant managers, let alone coaches.
