Perhaps that little button which goes on the lines of 'start new game' and the other that says 'huge db' would help ;D

I've managed Enfield when they came up from non-league. No staff or players so I signed loads of free ones, I don't think there were board members either...not sure. Anyway back down they went

'Huge' db is already selected. I'm 15 seasons into the game, so "new game" is definitely not an option. I get hundreds of available staff on the search screen. But as i said no one wants to join as an ass man.

I know... it is sad, I was only joking...

The saddest part in that is that you won't be able to assign the training sessions to your assistant and will have to do the dirty work yourself...

Perhaps the next year you'll fetch one...

Actually, the saddest part is that i was using the "filter out unrealistic targets" button for loan prospects. Now i have to filter all the players alone, before sending my scouts to drop an eye on prospects that will never join me etc.

I keep my ass man (whenever i have one ) well away of training and renewing contacts, as they got amazing capabilities in both sections.
