But how do we know that God was using His/Hers/Its scouts properly. He/She/It may have been looking for a chunk of nothingness in GNG and some other superior being told Him/Her/It about this one. So He/She/It created a Universe there. You just don't know do you.
These are the sort of questions that led me to alcohol in the first place.
